How we work

Our Clear & Professional Process

  1. 01

    Before We Start

    • Client provides business materials (posters, flyers, photos, logos, website, etc.), contact details and key message
    • 30% deposit is required
    • Payment via normal bank transfer (Capitec Bank – South Africa)
    • A dedicated project group is created with the client, marketing head and team representative
  2. 02

    Scripting & Approval

    • We prepare a written script
    • Client can appear as the Main Actor or Narrator in the video
    • Client shares 4–5 clear photos of their face
    • We create a Character Sheet first
    • Then we create a sample showing how the client will look + their voice in the video (up to 90% facial similarity)
    • Only after the client approves the sample do we proceed with the full script
    • Script is revised until the client is completely satisfied
    • Script approval locks the creative direction
  3. 03

    Video Production

    • Production begins after script approval
    • First draft is ready in approximately 18–20 hours
    • Up to 3 small changes are included
    • Major changes are not included after script approval
  4. 04

    Final Approval & Delivery

    • Client gives final approval of the video
    • Remaining 70% balance becomes due
    • Once payment is received, the final video is delivered in the agreed format
